Intro: This is not going to be that regular Bali wala trip, guys! Though we start and end our trip in Bali because...you know...flights, but prepare to immerse yourself beyond Bali into the island of Flores. Flores is a laid back but a captivating and culturally rich destination, part of the Lesser Sunda Islands in Indonesia. It is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, unique wildlife, volcanoes and fascinating history.

Labuan Bajo
Flight to Labuan Bajo in Flores. Explore the town of Bajo. O/N Labuan Bajo

Hike to tribal Manggarai village of Wae Rebo. Stay and experience local life and culture. O/N Wae Rebo

Sail through Komodo National Park island hopping and chilling and swimming on beaches. Transfer to a remote island. O/N on island

Spend a relaxing morning and swim around the island. Transfer to Labuan Bajo airport. Catch flight to Bali. O/N Bali.

Bali – India (Optional extended stay in Bali)
Fly back to India or travellers can also spend a few more days exploring Bali.
Inclusions:-
- - Accommodations as mentioned in the itinerary on a twin/double room sharing basis.
- - Meals as mentioned in the itinerary
- - Entrance fees to national parks, tourist taxes, all local taxes and tips. No hidden charges.
- - All local transportation, sail boat, internal flights within Indonesia, including airport transfers in Indonesia on a group basis.
- - All activities mentioned in the itinerary.
- - Pre-trip support on travel related matters.
- - GST@ 5% and TCS@ 5%. (TCS can be claimed when you file your ITR).
Exclusions:-
- - International return flight tickets from India to Bali and transfers in India.
- - Visa fees and services.
- - Travel insurance for the period of travel and related services. Please note that travel insurance is mandatory.
- - Personal necessities like alcohol, laundry, early check-in, late check-outs, room upgrades, private airport transfers, additional meals, etc.
- - Additional activities such as surfing charges at Bali, additional guide charges for hiking Mt. Inerie, any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency.
- - Any excursion, activity or sightseeing not expressly mentioned as included in this itinerary.
- Up to 60 days = Full refund
- 59 days - 45 days = 25% of the trip cost as cancellation fees
- 44 days - 30 days = 50% of the trip cost as cancellation fees
- There will be no refund within 29- 0 days before the start of the trip
The cancellation charge is applied on total trip cost, not on any partial amount paid. E.g., if you paid INR 50,000 for an INR 100,000 trip, 3 months in advance and decide to cancel a trip 60 days before the trip start date, the cancellation charge will be INR 25000 (applied on INR 100,000 and not INR 50,000).
Cancellation of planned activitiesIn the case of unforeseen weather conditions or other restrictions, certain planned activities during the trip may have to be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstancesIn case the trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as on account of a pandemic, civil disturbances, adverse weather conditions or any such event, we will endeavour to work with all our trip partners such as hotels, guides and any other service providers to refund the maximum amount possible.
Cancellation by Untourist EscapesIn case Untourist Escapes cancels the trip, due to any reasons not mentioned above, full amount will be refunded to the travellers.
